Leek and Potato Soup (ve) – Freshly made soup, served with a crusty mini loaf

Pork and Apple Terrine – Served with toasted croutes and cider puree

Breaded Brie Wedges – Cranberry sauce

Beetroot and Cured Salmon Salad – Citrus dressing

Tomato Bruschetta (ve) – With herbs, tomato and basil dressing


SWAN HOTEL SUNDAY ROAST – Bringing back the family roast.

Beef –  Duo of Cotswold beef, slow cooked brisket wrapped in rare slow cooked topside

Pork – Slow Roasted pork belly, infused with thyme, rosemary, garlic, and Cotswold dry cider

Roast Chicken – Roasted chicken breast, sage and onion stuffed chicken leg

All the above served with mounds of crispy potatoes roasted in beef dripping, a medley of seasoned greens, carrot & swede mash, cauliflower cheese and mug of homemade meaty gravy.

Homemade Nut Roast (ve) – Served with herb roasted potatoes and vegan gravy

Roasted Vegetable Lasagne (v) – Toasted garlic bread and mixed salad

Moroccan Vegetable Tagine (ve) – Aromatic dish of root vegetables, herbs, spices, served with Couscous

Homemade Fish Pie Served with seasonal green vegetables


SOMETHING LIGHT – Floured bap roll, filled with;

Beef, Pork, Chicken or Nut Roast bap, with roast potatoes, large Yorkshire pudding and a mug of gravy – £9

Sticky Toffee Pudding –  Mario’s vanilla ice-cream

Mixed Berry and Apple Bread and Butter Pudding – Served with custard
