Roast Leg of Lamb Cooked with Rosemary and Garlic (GFO)

Slow-Cooked Beef Brisket with a Port and Red Wine Sauce (GFO)
Served with roast potatoes and a green bean parcel

Slow-Roast Pork Loin Cooked with an Apple and Cider Jus (GFO)
Slowly cooked in thyme, sage, mustard, and cider, served with roast potatoes and an apple compote

Baked Seabass with a White Wine Cream Sauce (GF)
Served with crushed buttered new potatoes

Vegan Mushroom and Chestnut Wellington with a Cranberry Jus (VG)
A puff pastry, with wild mushrooms, sage, chestnuts, cranberries, and caramelised onion marmalade
